Marketer/ GTM Associate

About the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketer / Growth / Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to help scale our SaaS sales acceleration platform.
You will own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and revenue, working closely with product and sales to bring our solution to market, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys experimentation, and is passionate about building repeatable growth engines for B2B SaaS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or GTM roles
- Proven experience driving demand generation, product-led growth, or sales-led growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of SaaS funnels (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, churn, activation)
- Hands-on experience with growth channels such as paid ads, SEO, content, email, partnerships, or outbound support
- Experience working with sales teams on positioning, messaging, and enablement
- Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and optimize campaigns using tools like GA, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a bias toward action in fast-paced startup environments
