Customer Success Associate

About the role:

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Customer Success Associate to become the trusted partner for our users and help them win with our SaaS sales acceleration platform.

You will be on the front lines of customer relationships—guiding onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring customers see real, measurable value from day one.

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and turning happy customers into long-term advocates in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or a related SaaS role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience onboarding customers and helping them adopt SaaS products successfully
  • Comfortable working with CRM and customer success tools (Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc.)
  • Ability to understand customer goals and translate them into product usage and outcomes
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
  • Basic understanding of SaaS metrics such as retention, churn, expansion, and NPS
